ELCEA Blue Black Expert Hair Dye 1.10 is a permanent hair dye containing hibiscus milk. Covers all grey hair from the first application, while being gentle on the hair’s natural characteristics. Formulated with 89% natural-origin ingredients, and ammonia-free for a pleasant fragrance:

The revitalising treatment in the kit has been specifically formulated to make the colour even more radiant. Its formula with hibiscus milk, renowned for stimulating the hair fibre, also contains a UV filter. Leaves hair soft and nourished. Bright, natural colour.

Available in 20 shades.

Mysterious and dazzling

A cool colour, with blueish tones to brighten black hair. Adds volume and movement to fine, dull hair. 

Often associated with charismatic, feminine women with a strong personality, it particularly suits:

  • Olive skin, regardless of eye colour,
  • Pale or very pale skin with light coloured eyes.

Note that this colour is not well suited to mixed race or very dark skin types.

Avoid if your hair is:

  • Blond,
  • Red,
  • Light chestnut.

For make-up, opt for:

  • Ivory or beige eye shadow,
  • Pale pink or pinkish-brown blusher,
